The Copy Crypt Fulfilment Policy for Credit Card Payments via Stripe®.
This policy outlines the terms for payments paid to The Copy Crypt (“us,” “we,” “our”) via the payment processor Stripe®, our delivery policy and the rules and guidelines relating to refunds for services. We accept payment in USD or GBP. All payments are securely processed through Stripe®. The Copy Crypt does not store any credit card details independently. By making a payment, you agree to these terms.
FULFILMENT & DELIVERY
At The Copy Crypt, we sell digital marketing, consultation and coaching services on a contract basis. We deliver bespoke services to clients via remote electronic and telephonic means pursuant to our clients' requests.
Products sold by The Copy Crypt may include one-time-purchase training, courses, or digital products, each of which will be delivered in a timely manner via a suitable digital platform, either for direct download or on-demand streaming.
If a payment fails, you will be notified via email.
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you are entitled to a 14-day "cooling off" period, during which you may withdraw from any sales contract without explanation. This applies to digital products, online services, and other goods and services purchased online or by other means of distance communication. This period may be shortened at your discretion depending on when the desired consultation or personalised services commence.
REFUND POLICY
Customer satisfaction is of utmost priority and we take all complaints about our services very seriously.
We may offer refunds in the event that the contracted service has not been performed during the term of our contract, or following client mediation in the event of expressed dissatisfaction with our work.
Notwithstanding other provisions of this policy and applicable consumer law, refunds may be refused in the event that:
You received the service or product that you ordered but simply changed your mind about needing it.
You fail to provide reasonable explanation for your dissatisfaction, or
You fail to file your complaint/refund request within 30 days of contract completion (for services) or receipt date (digital products).
Complaints and refund requests should be sent via email to gareth@thecopycrypt.com.
All agreed refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of the decision to refund having been made.
RETURNS POLICY
Since we do not sell any physical products, we do not offer returns.
CHANGES
We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time without any prior notice to you.
